📦 Delivery & Order
🕓 When will I receive my order?
Our orders are prepared with care and shipped within 2 to 3 business days .
The average delivery time is between 2 and 3 weeks depending on the product and the shipping area.
In case of high demand, preparation may exceptionally take up to 6 days before shipment.
Our parcels are delivered to your home by La Poste or our logistics partners.
We do not work with collection points.
📬 My order is incomplete
No worries!
ASAGI Design collaborates with several warehouses and artisans.
It is therefore possible that your items will be shipped in separate packages .
You may receive your products a few days apart.
If an item is still not received after 35 business days , please contact us.
We will issue a full refund , and you can keep the item when it arrives.

🔄 Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed very quickly, usually within 12 hours of purchase.
You therefore have 12 hours after validation to request a modification or cancellation.
After this period, your order will already be in preparation or shipped, and can no longer be modified .

Despite our high standards of quality and the care taken during transport, it is possible that an item may be damaged.
