At ASAGI DESIGN , we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible.
We want every customer to know exactly what they are ordering and to encounter no unpleasant surprises upon receiving their item.
🚫 Order cancellation
We process orders very quickly — most are prepared within 12 hours of validation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address:

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped , we can proceed with its cancellation free of charge.
However, once the order has been processed or sent to the carrier, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
🏠 Address error
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information before confirming the order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
A change can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
We cannot be held responsible:

incomplete or inaccessible addresses,

refused or unclaimed packages,

nor delays caused by a data entry error.
If the package is returned to us, we will offer you either:

a partial refund (excluding delivery costs),

either a reshipment , according to your choice.
No refund or reshipment can be made until the package has been received by our logistics department.
